These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it shall be settled through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese, and the award shall be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any separate written service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nedui Tech regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
